As a Cognitive-behavioral therapy based facility, our goal is to help people uncover their true potential and lead a life that is worth maximizing. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will bring to light long standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING
Counseling means guidance. Individuals, couples and families can learn new perspectives, coping skills, and positive behavior changing techniques through the counseling sessions.
Proper protocol demands an in-depth clinical evaluation to be performed. The clinical evaluation is essential in tailoring your treatment plan. Therapy sessions will be scheduled once a week until stability is achieved. On rare occasions when a person struggles in adjusting to treatment additional sessions may be added. In most instances when stability and progress are achieved a person’s therapy sessions are then scheduled in a more staggered manner, such as once a month.
